Terror Attacks In U.S. Fall 61% After 9/11 -- IBD Editorial
On Nov. 5, 2009, a terrorist killed 13 people and wounded 29 others during a shooting spree at Texas' Fort Hood. As tragic as that day was, it also was an outlier: The number and severity of terror attacks since 9/11 have declined sharply.
In fact, the Fort Hood case counts as the worst incident in the U.S. since 9/11. Most other terror plots have been thwarted by stepped-up law enforcement and alert citizens.
Dozens have been arrested and the vast majority of those arrests have led to convictions.

My Comment: Sorry ..... but I have noticed. But should we be surprised .... especially when we look at the world and all that we see is conflict and war.
